How to read this. These counts cover recorded roll-call votes in the current legislative session, taken from the public Open States record of the Delaware General Assembly. Voice votes and bills that never came to a recorded vote are not included, so totals reflect recorded floor activity, not every action a legislator took. "Participation" is the share of a member's recorded votes that were a clear yes or no rather than absent or not voting. First State Lens does not score legislators, rank them, or label any vote good or bad, and it uses no party colors — it shows the record and links to the official source.
